Senior technical engineer
ASC Services was established in 2001 and is a leading IT company based in Gaborone Botswana.
This critical role to our organisation is responsible for service delivery to internally and external customers as well as suppliers, vendors and technology partners. A professional who can take our operation to the next level of service deliver and customer engagement. An individual who can support the sales team with technical presales support and maintain a high-level customer satisfaction.
This role requires an individual with strong leadership abilities and solving complex technical problems. They should have a logical and analytical mindset, with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions. The individual should have a customer-focused mindset and the ability to prioritize customer satisfaction.
Areas individual will be responsible for:
- HPE Solutions design
- Aruba Solutions design
- Network Security Planning
- Project Coordination
- Network Configuration
- Virtualization Technologies Configurations
- Storage Configuration
- Cloud Management
- Network Automation
- Maintenance and planning
- Veeam backup and replication solutions
The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of the following + a minimum of 5 years + experience in the following:
- Veeam backup and replication solutions
- Network Design and implementation
- Security certification (Firewall)
- WiFi certifications
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Server installation and configuration
